$15/night per additional person
- A deposit equal to double the nightly rate charged is required for each cottage reserved. Additional deposit may be required during peak seasons.
- There will be a one-time cleaning fee applied. $40 for a studio/one-bedroom cottage, $60 for a two-bedroom cottage, $80 for a three-bedroom cottage
- There is an 11.8% lodging tax, which will be included in the amount of the final balance
- Cancellations require 60 days notice for a refund of deposit, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the nightly rate per night canceled. If cancellation notice is given less than 60 days prior to arrival date, a refund will be given for each night the house is rebooked, minus the above stated 20% processing fee.
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Check in time is 3:00 pm
- Check out time is 11:00 am
- Without prior approval there is a 3 night minimum stay.
